Participants learn equipment setup of blower doors and duct testers including proper manometer and hose setup; equipment readings are compared to both the 2009 and 2012 codes. The one-day CAZ training teaches students to diagnose health and safety issues where combustion appliances are in use. CAZ testing is designed to ensure there is no leakage of flammable fuels or combustion gases into the living space and that appliances are functioning in a safe and efficient manner.
