Multifamily Quality Control Inspector is an advanced course for knowledgeable and experienced residential quality control inspectors. The course covers Multifamily Quality Control requirements and techniques, systems identification and analysis, QC reporting, and QC Planning.

Quality Control is a process that helps ensure maximum performance, reduces errors and costs, and identifies potential for improvements. In multifamily retrofit projects, many hundreds of households may be affected, and quality control helps reduce the disturbance, costs, and risks to workers and residents.

Upon completion, participants should be able to develop a QC Plan for a typical multifamily energy-efficiency retrofit project that meets all program requirements and can be implemented quickly.
